Customer Artwork & Uploaded Files

Customers retain ownership of artwork they submit.

By uploading or sending artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

  • The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights.

  • The content complies with all applicable laws.

You grant CGR Prints, LLC a limited license to use your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless CGR Prints, LLC from any claims, damages, legal expenses, or liabilities arising from customer-provided content.

Licensed Characters & Copyrighted Material

CGR Prints, LLC respects intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any order involving copyrighted or trademarked material when authorization cannot be verified.

Production of customer-supplied licensed artwork does not constitute ownership, endorsement, or affiliation with the copyright or trademark owner.

AI-Generated Artwork

Some artwork, mockups, or design concepts may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all final customized artwork created specifically by CGR Prints, LLC remains our intellectual property until purchased or transferred under a separate written agreement.

Product Descriptions

We manufacture and customize products using methods including but not limited to:

  • DTF Printing

  • UV DTF

  • Sublimation

  • Laser Engraving

  • CNC/Laser Cutting

  • Embroidery

  • Vinyl Application

  • 3D Printing

  • Graphic Design

Because these products are individually produced, each item is unique.

Minor variations in color, alignment, texture, engraving depth, placement, material grain, stitching, print position, or finish are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

3D Printed Products

Our 3D printed items are manufactured using additive manufacturing technologies.

Customers acknowledge:

  • Layer lines are a natural characteristic.

  • Slight dimensional variations may occur.

  • Colors may vary between filament batches.

  • Decorative products are not engineered for structural, medical, food-contact, or life-safety applications unless specifically stated.

Some products contain small parts and should be kept away from young children without adult supervision.

Laser Engraved Products

Laser engraving results vary based on the material.

Natural materials such as wood, leather, slate, bamboo, cork, acrylic, and coated metals engrave differently due to natural variations.

These differences enhance the uniqueness of each product and are not defects.

Apparel Disclaimer

Due to differences in garment manufacturers, dye lots, heat-transfer processes, embroidery placement, and screen calibration, slight color and placement variations may occur.

Proper washing instructions should be followed to maximize product longevity.

CGR Prints, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, bleaching, ironing over transfers, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Digital Downloads & Design Files

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Digital files are licensed—not sold.

  • Files may not be redistributed, shared, resold, copied, or uploaded to other marketplaces.

  • Commercial use is only permitted when explicitly granted in writing.

Unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement.

Commercial Orders

Customers placing commercial or bulk orders are responsible for reviewing proofs before production.

Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, colors, and design placement.

After approval, additional changes may result in additional charges.

Product Photography

Product photographs are intended to represent the final product as accurately as possible.

Due to lighting, monitor settings, photography, manufacturing methods, and material differences, the final product may vary slightly.

Pricing & Availability

Prices, promotions, inventory, turnaround times, and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders

  • Refuse service

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue products

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGR Prints, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Delayed shipments

  • Third-party carrier delays

  • Customer artwork

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product or service.
